Hey, I'm Tosha thanks so much for visiting my blog! I'm a Washington DC Metro area based photographer who loves to have fun. I'm also a mom of three fun loving kids who have inspired me to do what I do (besides running from me when I come anywhere near them with my camera!) as well as a wife to a wonderful husband who says that I am "eclectic" (just a kind way of saying I'm a weirdo I guess). I use only available light, shoot in my natural light studio or on-location. It's my goal to create timeless art for you and your family that expresses who you truly are in this point in your lives. I absolutely love what I do, and I look forward to capturing your life!!

A “Sad” Prince and his Ebony Princess

The Wedding starts at 7pm and it's about 4pm and it's been raining buckets all day long. "Please tell me that there are indoor accommodations", I asked because I was unable to attend rehearsal the night before coming from ATL. "Yes, but it's not going to be the same, she wants an outdoor wedding, and it just won't be the same." says Tosh. "I know but it looks like we might need a plan B". Low and behold around 5:30pm the sky stopped crying! Yes, Thank You Lord, prayer really works! The castle was gorgeous with a spiral staircase and all. A perfect setting for a fairy tale wedding complete with fairies, knights, a jester and a fairy godmother. Simply beautiful. Perfect for a Princess and A (temporarily) Sad Prince which was the name of the Production that was far from the typical wedding ceremony. Ceremonies like this makes being wedding photographers worth while. By the time it was all said and done a very "Happy" Prince and his Ebony Princess drove off into the night to begin their new life together and live happily ever after

Thank you so much Al & Talita for allowing us to be a part of this very special day. We were both truly honored to capture this moment for you to enjoy for the rest of your lives. We hope we did you proud!

I thee wed..Orlando, FL

So just got back from a wedding in beautiful sunny, rainy, sunny again Orlando, FL. It was a blast. Did you know that the world’s largest McDonald’s was located right across the street from the resort! Can you say Heaven! I know I am sick. But this wedding was held at the beautiful Wyndham Orlando Resort. It was magical. The grounds were breathtaking (besides the little geckos running around like the own the place..but hey that’s Florida for you).

What can I say. This couple have been waiting for this moment for a very long time and it’s good to see it all come together is such a beautiful way. So here is just a little sneak peek into the glorious day. Lots more in the slideshow to come soon.

A tribute to her mom who recently passed away. She was an amazing woman!

The threatening clouds were a bit intimidating to this outdoor wedding but it held up for us just in time for her to walk down the aisle, say their vows and take a couple of photos then as you know in Florida..it rained like kittens and puppies!

Her youngest brother walked her down the aisle…

While her oldest brother met her at the end and they both gave her away. Precious.

The groom made everyone cry. It was so emotional.

I now pronounce you..husband and wife!

Danny + Krissah..We Did It!

WARNING..This is going to be a long one!

WOW! That is about all I can say about this couple and this fabulous wedding. It was like an epic movie. Filled with tears, laughter, fun times and glorious moments. Krissah was cool as a cucumber. I was just waiting for the moment when she would explode so that I could capture it! Danny was filled with so much emotion and tears of joy it made you cry with happiness for him. Danny and Krissah thank you for choosing us to capture this story for you. It was such a pleasure I feel like I have a brand new family in Houston, TX!
