Hey, I'm Tosha thanks so much for visiting my blog! I'm a Washington DC Metro area based photographer who loves to have fun. I'm also a mom of three fun loving kids who have inspired me to do what I do (besides running from me when I come anywhere near them with my camera!) as well as a wife to a wonderful husband who says that I am "eclectic" (just a kind way of saying I'm a weirdo I guess). I use only available light, shoot in my natural light studio or on-location. It's my goal to create timeless art for you and your family that expresses who you truly are in this point in your lives. I absolutely love what I do, and I look forward to capturing your life!!

Your kids are My kids

Needless to say these little girls in this post hold a special place in my heart. They all went to school with my kids and each of them shared a classroom with each of my own children. They have spent so much time together throughout the years and this school year without them has been a little on the yucky side. I mean I was ready to go back to arranged marriages and pay a dowry for the oldest to marry my son. I figure better to keep it close and at least know they future wife was not only gorgeous and smart but came from the coolest most down to earth loving family. So here's to you Mama Dot and your beautiful loving sassy girls who we miss so much! MUAH!

No, this is not Kimora @ age 12. Although I would have loved to have that opportunity, but who knows where this young lady will go! Can't talk long. Literally on my way out the door for a wedding shoot but just had to do this post before I left. Thanks Kristi for such a great shoot, thanks Mom for letting us have our time. She was a doll to work with. I look forward to many sessions in the future. Have a great weekend everyone!

“The Photo Shoot”

About 2 years ago I made a major change in my life by relocating from the DC Metro area to the Atlanta Metro area. If I must say there is something special about the people in the South. Southern Hospitality really exist! There are so many people here who have made us feel welcome "like family". One day while at my youngest son’s baseball game and I heard my oldest son say "Mom". I answered yes, but so did someone else. That’s when I met my son’s "other mother" and sister. What a wonderful family! Thanks for making me feel right at home in your home. I had so much fun doing this shoot. Little Miss Spunky (I’ll explain) was so full of energy and made my job so much easier. I asked her, if you could use one word to describe yourself what would you say? "Spunky" she answered or…. "Spontaneous". Ok, well choose 1, her reply was priceless and one of a true "Tween", "You choose you are the photographer". I LOVE IT!!! Age 11 at it’s best! Thank you so much for such a fun shoot! See you in the Winter, if not sooner!. Here’s a preview Mom as I promised.
